Juice some fruits and veggies

It's hard to get your recommended amount of 5 to 9 fruits and vegetables a day. Especially for those of us with busy schedules and always on the go!

But we really do need to get our fruits and veggies, because many are rich in antioxidants, which we all know by now are helpful to our body and overall health.

One way to get them into your body if you can't eat them is by juicing them. Although nothing can replace actually chewing and swallowing a fruit or vegetable, second best is probably by juicing or blending.

Make a smoothie for breakfast with lots of berries mixed in (most berries are the richest in antioxidants), or find a vegetable juice to go with a midday meal or as a snack if you can't juice the veggies yourself.

Try a few things and various combinations till you come up with juices and smoothies that you enjoy. It's pretty easy to do, and you can get your antioxidants! :)
