Tea

Did you know that some teas are a good source of antioxidants?

Green tea has been said to be the best antioxidant-rich tea. It has been said to help reduce high blood pressure, lower blood sugar, fight cancer, and lower cholesterol. I personally am not saying that but that is what I've come across in some of my research. It seems possible since it a good source of antioxidants.

Drinking green tea can give your body some good antioxidants, so if you haven't had enough fruits and vegetables throughout the day, drink a glass of green tea at dinner. I'm not saying that green tea even remotely replaces fruits and vegetables, but it is another good source of antioxidants that you may like to try.
