We all know that antioxidants are one of the greatest things you can do for you health, but it really doesn't matter how you get them, other than that you get them!
You can eat them, you can swallow them in pill form, or you can drink them. The only thing I can say about taking them in drink form is this:
Most of them can be poured into juices, or shakes.
Many of them taste great.
You can get a great amount of your antioxidants in orange juice, cranberry juice, or other natural fruit juices. Make sure you don't get a juice that is so high in sugar that you're counteractive to your efforts to get healthier.
