Drink your antioxidants from natural fruit and vegetables juices. Either juice them yourself or make smoothies.
You can also drink some juices from the store, however, look at the labels to check what's in them.
The bottom line is that you need your antioxidants for good health. They help prevent free radicals from destroying healthy cells which can cause aging. You can eat fruits and vegetables as well as other foods for antioxidants as well if you can't drink them.
If at all possible get your antioxidants naturally from foods instead of through vitamin pills.
